Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have HP EliteDesk - Windows 10 - 64 bit - I inadvertently deleted my computer name from the Devices area. There were 2 computers listed and I thought one was a listing for my old computer. I have lost all files from 2018 through 2019. Is there anyway to add the deleted computer to Devices / System and restore the lost files?

Don't use the drive for further data Restoration to prevent data overwritten issue and download a good data recovery software to recover your lost data.
