Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I lost my adminstrator login password and do not have it backed up on disk.  Need assistance in a reset or recovery.  thank you

@Saltydog2, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is a guide to help you with a System Recovery.  Otherwise, HP's policy is that we can't help with Password problems.  We can't prove that the members actually own the computer.
