We have no way to examine or access your PC from here, so we have no way to experience the "loud noise" that you claim.
It COULD be any of a number of issues. If it is a beeping sound, that indicates a hardware error. If it is a clicking sound, that indicates a failed hard drive. IF it is anything else, we have no idea what it could be.
For diagnostics of the issue, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
