Over the last week, at random times, I will hear two very loud alarm sounds. These sounds are similar to a klaxon, or the US Emergency Broadcast system.
CPU/GPU are not running hot (usually between 40 and 50C and google says 80C is the threshold)
I've updated drivers for every sound related thing I can think of.
Uninstalled drivers for hardware I don't have any more.
Ran autorun and un-checked or deleted any highlighted drivers.
Tried to turn on Memory Integrity but there's some incompatible drivers from an old ZTE phone that I can't seem to find a way to delete - no need to update them.
Can happen once a day to 4 times a day.
Any ideas?

If I shut down, this seems to stop the alarm for a day.

I don't think so. It starts fine, and it isn't the beep-beep kind of chime. And there's no other pop up or notification I can find that tells me what tripped this. I disabled hibernation mode, thinking that might be a trigger, but that didn't stop it.
I thought maybe it was an alert if my external backup failed, so I took that out, but the sound happened after that. I tried using different USB ports thinking it might be some manner of bad port or failure there. Didn't stop it.
Instead of a beep-beep, this is like bwwaaaaa... bwaaaaa
Similar to this sound but just two bursts:

Ah ok. Thank you.
Let's see if this works. The website says the link is good for 7 days.
You should hear some typing and music in the background. Then at the last 2 seconds the alarm sound I am getting.
