For the Pavilion 550-185na, the spec page indicates there is a 128 GB SATA SSD and a 1TB SATA Hard drive.
I suspect the low disk space is on the 128GB SSD. That is relatively small for today's standards, and probably because Windows was not instructed to use the 1TB drive properly. Windows puts everything on the OS drive unless instructed otherwise, so most likely the 128GB is filling up because the 1TB drive is not being used.
Instruct any software, including Windows, to use the 1TB drive for storage. Any additional software that has been installed besides the factory load needs to be instructed to use the 1TB drive. So move photos, videos etc to the 1TB drive and then instruct any software want to use storage to use a like folder on the 1TB drive.
Most of the items in the screen shot are small compared to what is using all of the space on the SSD, so much more investigation is required to fix this.

The comments by @TheOldMan are important as you need to change your browsers to save files to the HDD by default; otherwise, even if you do remove junk from the SSD, it will only fill up again. I use the utilities named below on a daily basis and I am able to use 80GB OS partitions on my PCs with no problems running out of space.
Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

Finally, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
