I had Recently tried to flash the bois and we had a power surge during bios and it got corrupted

so i downloaded the bios file from my products downloads there are 2 bios avail i chose the latest date

 

well the usb bios recovery tool would not work so i have a flash programmer i used the bios flashed successfully now when i start

i get a msg about Manufacturing Programming Mode is unlocked,  

 

now i also had to replace hard drive the one I had in the machine previously crashed and would not work in any pc and be detected

now i read that the bios needs some extra info such as ser # model .... etc is there a way for me to do this
