@RaghuBRN -- can you logon to your Microsoft ID, presuming that you have one?

You should be able to see the Product Keys that you used to activate your Microsoft software purchases.

"Microsoft knows all about you".  😞

@RaghuBRN

Microsoft office currently comes in two very different versions, even though they are both Office 365 and both subscription.

The first is installed locally to your PC, even though you can use OneDrive with it.

The second is not installed locally and is only available online.

If you replaced the first with the second, then you are out of luck -- as HP keeps no records of Office product keys, nor do they provide any separate downloads for it.  You should not have done online repairs if you did not know what you were doing.

@WAWood -- HP keeps no records of [Microsoft] Office product keys.

Similarly, Microsoft keeps no records of HP Warranty entitlements.

Two different companies.

HP provides MS Office preloaded on some model PCs and when that happens, HP provides the customer with the Office product keys.  So YES -- HP DOES provide the product keys, sometimes.  But HP does that by including a card with the key printed on it.  HP does not keep records of those keys so that customers can later contact HP to retrieve those keys.

It is totally unnecessary for you to be so rude and arrogant as to tell me that HP and MS are different companies!

Correct, and correct.

But, when one goes online to "activate" your copy of Microsoft Office, using that product-key, one is activating to Microsoft's servers, not HP's servers.  So, it is only Microsoft that is storing the product-key.

If one logs on to Windows with your Microsoft ID/password, then the storage of the product-key will be linked with that ID, allowing you to retrieve it.
