MY LAPTOP COOLING FAN IS NOT WORKING WHICH LEADS TO HIGH HEATING UP OF KEYBOARD PORTION

MY PRODUCT IS LAPTOP OF HP WINDOWS 11 HP Laptop 15s-
are facing cooling problem.The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.
where continued operation can cause unpredictable behaviour that can result in shutdown , data loss or computer damage 
pleasse find the solution of this cooling effect 
my keyboard portion get heat up  even if i work for at least 10 to 15 minutes
