Sorry to hear your PC is slowing down and hitting you with that frustrating "blue screen" message every 10 minutes — that’s got to be incredibly disruptive. Let’s work together to smooth things out.

 

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share your HP unit's serial number or product number with us via private message?

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

 

In the meantime, could you also help us with a few quick details:

Did this error start after a recent Windows update or new software install?

Are you noticing any overheating, loud fan noise, or strange behavior before the error?

Do you remember the error code or Stop Code shown on the blue screen?
