Hi there @VIHAAN01, and welcome to HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out with your concern. I'm glad to assist you today.

Let's work together to resolve the issue you're facing with your HP All-in-One 24-df1229in where system services are not responding properly.

This issue may be caused by corrupted system files, startup service conflicts, or a Windows update glitch. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Perform a Basic Restart

  • Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then power it back on.

Boot into Safe Mode

  • Restart your PC.
  • As it boots, press F8 or Shift + F8 repeatedly (or hold Shift while clicking Restart from the login screen).
  • Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart, then select Safe Mode.
  • Check if services respond normally in Safe Mode.

Run System File Checker (SFC)

  • In Windows search, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and choose Run as administrator.
  • Type:sfc /scannow
  • Press Enter. This will scan and repair corrupted system files.

Use HP Support Assistant

Check for Windows Updates

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.
  • Restart your PC after updates are installed.

Perform a Clean Boot

  • Type msconfig in Windows search and open System Configuration.
  • Under Services, check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
  • Go to Startup > Open Task Manager, and disable all startup items.
  • Restart your PC and check if the issue persists.

Use HP Cloud Recovery (if needed)

If the issue continues, you may consider restoring your system using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool: HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
