Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few things. It is booting to the blue Recovery screen repeatedly. Went to Troubeshooting I know that the system restore point is there but it says it cannot find the path to it. The C: drive contents are all there but now, it has become first X: then, E: where it stands now.

So, I have done many of these steps, to no avail:

If anyone is up to it, I would appreciate help on the this blue Recovery screen problem.
TIA.
