We are having issues with the captioned printer.

 

We had contacted you some time ago and you advised us to change the hard drive. We did so with part #  L41606-011.

 

Since then, we were able to load the firmware however we keep getting the error 49.13.01 and it keeps restarting. When we allow it to connect to the network it is stuck on an IP 10.10.10.23 which is already assigned to a computer.

 

Do you have nay suggestions for a fix ?
