HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 24-k0000i (7RD93AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When I purchased this Desktop, I was able to automatically set up my Outlook email with my email provider.  Outlook was working for over a year until the outgoing mail (with NO attachment) stopped going out. I called my email provider and they tried to manually set up my email but since I can get my email through the web, they said it was a Windows issue. I had Windows support go into my computer, try to manually set up mu email, but they were unsuccessful and said I had to contact my email provider. I went back to email provider, and they said I was given the correct port info, etc.,  to manually set up my email with Outlook but they were unsuccessful and recommended I contact Windows. I am in limbo. Could this be an HP issue? Problem seemed to happen once my HP warranty expired. D'oh!

Any suggestions?

Possibly your provider recently implemented multi-factor authentication or was bought out by another party or switched 3rd party to handle email.

For example, I have AT&T for internet but they require yahoo for email at my location.

Who is your provider and who handles your email.

I assume you have Microsoft 365 and using the Outlook in that package.
