I see that you are looking for information related to performing a reset on your HP chromebook.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

 

  • Unplug from mains power and perform a Hardware Reset
  • Settings > Advanced > Restore settings to their original defaults in case an extension is interfering
  • Powerwash in case your profile has become corrupted
  • Recovery to ensure your OS is pristine.
