HP Pavilion All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion running Windows 10 has been running very flaky for some time. I've tried all available OS recovery options and they all failed. PC is now in a state where it no longer boots due incomplete OS install. I found I can still get to BIOS options and ran the Memory Quick Check and it failed with code "m4mw7h-93kc81-gxpqqk-407q03 Memory Module". Any idea what I can try to resolve the issue?

You'll probably have to replace the defective memory module.

Thanks... it did say to replace defective memory module. I reseated both modules, same failure. I'll purchase one, assuming only one is bad

You're very welcome.

That's probably the case.

For grins I ran the test with one module at a time, one run passed, the other failed 🙂

Glad you found the bad one.

You can continue to run your PC off the good one while you are waiting for the replacement memory chip to arrive.
