@YazhKabi,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

The Memory Quick Check failure is significant, but there appears to be a problem with the failure ID being recognized by HP's online diagnostic page.

Your reported failure ID is: OTW6WJ-8QF071-XD7URF-40E703, but I cannot verify this particular ID in HP's online system because the page reports it as invalid. However, the ending 40E703 is interesting: there are multiple HP Support Community cases where an HP Hardware Diagnostics failure ID ending in 40E703 was associated with a memory diagnostic failure. In one case, HP Diagnostics specifically reported that a memory module was not working and might need to be replaced.

Please run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI again and perform the Memory Test. If the test fails again, please post a photograph of the complete result screen, including the Failure ID and Product ID. If the computer has removable RAM, the next step would normally be to determine whether one memory module is defective by testing the modules individually.

If the memory is onboard/soldered, it cannot be replaced as an individual RAM module; a motherboard/system-board repair may be required. HP Community cases demonstrate both possibilities, depending on your particular HP model.

If you provide the exact HP model name/number shown on the computer, I can check whether its memory is replaceable and advise you on the appropriate next diagnostic step.

Kind Regards,
