Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During a memory test (RAM) i receive the following ID error: q0a80m-8pjb8e-xd4cqj-40dd03

 

Memory module 1: DIMM 1

 

What can ne this problem?

According to this error code, the RAM in memory module 1 is defective, and need to be replaced. You can check this after shutting down your PC/disconnecting it from power, and by removing the RAM stick from memory module 1, and replacing it with another RAM stick, leaving the second RAM module empty.  See if your PC boots up and is able to pass the memory test without an error.
