Can I upgrade my 16 GB memory to 32 gb?

Hi:

 

HP states the max is 16 GB (2 x 8 GB).

But the Crucial memory report states the max is 32 GB (2 x 16 GB).

 

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/envy-750-427c

 

The processor your PC has supports up to 64 GB of memory, if the PC had 4 memory slots.

 

Since it only has two, the Crucial report is believable.
