HP Recommended

Microsoft won't let me enter a PIN, and when I click the Retry button, it just shows me the same screen. When I click the Skip for Now button, it resets the entire screen. What do I do? Also, today the PC started beeping. It was 3 spaced-out beeps, then 2 repeated beeps. The beeping stopped after I opened the PC up.
