Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I Zoom together with my 2 years old grandchild with her father and mother at the other end, my voice can be heard by them but not my grandchild's. She was speaking loudly.

The AIO is new purchased last month.  It is my first time using the microphone with this device.
