Can HP provide the bit locker number for my HP Envy laptop

Unfortunately, HP cannot provide you with the Bitlocker recovery key.

 

If you did not or could not recover the key from your Microsoft account, or printed and saved the key elsewhere, your only option would be to reinstall Windows in order to use your PC again.
