if your trying to get a z230 "Legacy" image to install on a later z2 G9 that defaults to UEFI/GPT in the bios that's a problem
you need to make sure the z2 G9 bios is configured also to legacy in order for the z230 image to boot on the z2 G9
personally, i recommend you simply install a clean win 11 OS on the z2 and simply copy the needed data from the z230 onto the new system
HP has "Cloud Recovery" images for the z2 that are free to download that have all necessary drivers included

Hi DGrovrs,
thank you the hint, but the Z230 image is an UEFI/GPT Image. A clean is installation is no option for me. There are to many applications to install and to configure.
Has anyone an idea or other suggestion to solf the problem?
