I purchased an hp screen lambta pc second hand I don't have the password to log in.What can I do to reset this issue

You have two options:

 

1.  You can clean install W10 or W11 by making bootable installation media with either media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

During the installation process, when you get to the part where you are asked, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

 

Click Next and W10 should install.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page:

2. Purchase the HP factory recovery image recovery USB from this vendor:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L16869-001 For Stream LaptopPC Mod...
