My desktop will turn on all the fans work there is a solid green led light on the back. But the power button on the computer does not light up and when I turn on the monitor it says no signal and turn off. Changed battery and tried 2 different power cords.

Hello
difficult to make a diagnosis here
If the light on the power button does not come on, either a problem with the connector, or the motherboard that is out of order, or any other problem of this type
If there are fans that work, there is power, but ...
Either it is good for replacement, or if you prefer, go see a specialist directly
