Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr0000a (7B6Y3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer runs very slow, and even crashes, when I'm using Google Chrome, or in a video call using any browser. I'm wondering if adding more RAM would help. I currently have 8MB. 

 

My product number is 7H0U0AA#ABA. 

 

If adding more RAM would help this issue, can you tell me exactly what to purchase?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do since the PC is stuck with 8 GB of memory and has the fastest type drive currently available--a NVMe SSD.

 

I don't know if reinstalling Windows and only installing a minimum amount of programs and files would help, but that would be the only thing I can think of that you could try.

Looks like the memory is an integral part of the motherboard in your PC and cannot be upgraded.
