Hello everyone, advice please, my motherboard finally died

Still learning about these great machines so please be patient with me take me a bit of time to absorb things
HP Z640
Part No 761512-001

Going to replace with 761512-601 DPK can someone tell me if there is any difference between the them,Will this board support Windows 11 ?
