Dear support team.

 

i am facing problem, when W7 start working; mouse and keyboard frozen, then i will not be able to do any thing, even i will not be able to access my OP system.

 

 

how can i solve it.

Your computer was designed to run Windows 10, and needs some special effort to install your own copy of Windows 7, instead of the factory-installed Windows 10.

 

Note that Microsoft's support for Windows 7 ends in January 2020 -- less than 3 years away.

At that time, you will need to install Windows 10.

So, it makes sense to install Windows 10 now, rather than doing a file-backup/install/file-restore, followed by reinstalling your applications later, i.e., in January 2020.
