I mostly play games on this desktop and recently we decided to add an additional Windows Account to the computer for my family members. However, upon creation of this new account, the mouse cursor is incredibly choppy and slow. Unable to resolve issue. I have unchecked the sync function for Windows account and for OneDrive as well. I do not see any suspicious programs hogging up from the Task Manager. Windows Update and NVidia graphic card driver update are all most recent. Please help!
