Product: HP Pavilion 24-xa0026na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi , my HP Pavilion 24-xa0026na is only a few days from start up. HP did a BIOS update and now neither my mouse or keyboard work, nor will it switch off using the button on the side. When it restarted it asked to reset my pin which I was able to do with mouse\keyboard then nothing just the home screen.
Problem solved, switched off at plug. 😆
