Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Recently, I have started experiencing freezing and stuttering on my Windows 10 so I decided to go back to a restore point before this minor issue has occurred. Unfortunately, after the system restore restarting back, my PC shutdown on it’s own and I turned it back on with error code: 0xc000021a and when it restarts after 100% complete, I would encounter another blue screen error: 0xc0000001. RECOVERY: Your PC couldn’t start properly with 4 options: Press Enter to try again (failed, putting me back into the same blue screen) // Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment (leads me to another error, 0xc0000098) // Press F8 for Startup Settings (disable automatic restart during failure, something along those lines) // Press ESC for UEFI Firmware Settings (I tried to restore configuration to default settings). I tried everything including threads and forums online, YouTube, and none of them worked at all. I don’t have another PC, USB flash drive/disk drive and installation media from the manufacturer). I also don’t have access or am unable to enter advanced startup options (WinRE) using all the methods I’ve searched on the internet such as tenforums, reddit, force automatic repair by 3 restarts. Please help, My father and I have been trying to fix the problem this whole day, no luck. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated, thank you!

Note: I have an OMEN HP computer running Windows 10 (64-bit) and I’ve tried running full extensive component tests, symptom tests, and system tests to find any errors and everything passed. Also, BIOS is updated to F.23 I believe if that is important. Don’t have access to desktop either, always puts my PC into the blue screen every time I turn it on.
