Log into windows using on screen display and try repairing the drive. Your on-screen-keyboard will be needed.
- Open Windows File Explorer (Windows + E keys) > right-click on the drive you want to check and repair > select Properties.
- In the Properties window, switch to the Tools tab.
- In the Error Checking window, click Scan drive.
Some S.M.A.R.T errors can be fixed by doing a disk scan. Once the drive is repaired you may want to clone it to a new drive. Do not do sector by sector cloning as you do not want to clone the bad sectors
The application speedfan can lookup the S.M.A.R.T errors and give a diagnostic.

I can’t get in because the message says use F2 key or Enter to continue. I can’t access the on screen keyboard unless I actually log in, so how am I to do that? I can’t even access the menu without logging in.

My mistake, i thought your on screen keyboard was working.
Is this a touch screen system? if not, you will need to borrow a USB keyboard-mouse combo.
