Hello All.  I recently extended the warrantee on my desktop computer.  It was done by my HP Agent online and I subsequently received HP's registration documents, confirming the two year extension.   However, for some reason my 'HP Support Assistant' records have not been updated and they are still showing my warrantee as having ended (in red).   Is the Support Assistant function not working properly?   I struggled to extend myself online as it did not recognise my computer's serial number.  The serial number was double checked and definitely input correctly.  What can I do to sort out?   Incidentally, when I queried this directly with HP they simply deleted my question, the following day.   Thanks for any help.

I am new to this community.  Looking through recent posts, I notice very few people receive any sort of reply.  That's not looking very promising !  Is my question just going to be read and ignored ?  That was the sort of response I received from my direct contact with HP.   Thank you in advance for any replies.

As I said yesterday, I am new to the community.  So I have had interest from around 70 people so far, but nobody has bothered to respond.  I am beginning to realise this community website is a complete waste of time, if there is no interaction or response to our enquiries.  Is this website monitored by HP and if so, why don't they get involved, too ?   I look forward to hearing from someone, anyone, hopefully.

Thank you Treeco for your reply and suggestion.   I started to raise a dispute, but my records had already been updated and my extended warrantee details are now correct, with an accurate expiry date !  I  really don't know what went wrong in the first place, but I'm very pleased it's now been resolved.  Many thanks for your help.
