My new rig HP Omen 45L GT22-3XXX will not boot up anymore.

The problem started with random restarts mid game (Path of Exile 2 and Clair Obscur) where the fan would go max speed even though the CPU temperature was around 40-45C and my RTX5090 around 60-65C. I had all windows updates, bios and nvidia drivers up-to-date, but nothing solved the issue. Then it started happening while idle as well. Now it completely will not boot up again. I tried safe boot up and restore the system, but nothing works. This PC is barely a month old, it is really frustrating that this is happening to such an expensive and brand new gaming PC.

Greetings @vankrelian

Welcome to the HP Forum.

A one month old PC doing what your PC is doing points to a hardware problem

I'm sorry. Your PC's problem cannot be fixed in a Forum.

Contact HP Support for factory warranty service.

I'm guessing a power supply problem. But any component or any peripheral connected to the MB, including the MB, could be an item of interest.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I wanted to do from the beginning, but the only option available for me when I click on the support link is to post on the forum. Is there a way I can actually get in contact with someone from support?

Greetings @vankrelian

My pleasure.

Unfortunately, this HP Support link is the only way I am aware of to start an RMA process.
