Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cd040wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion Laptop has not been charging when turned off. It will stay alive when on, but will gain any battery percentage. Recently I got the pop up of a necessary battery change, and so I have installed a new battery. Before I had gotten a new battery, my laptop would not survive more than 5 minutes off a charger, on or off.
