PC wont turn on power light just flashes yellow and it beeps 5 times in a row..PC was working fine until i moved it to another room

Hi,

 

A 3:2 BIOS error code for newer HP Desktop or AIO PCs or a five beep error code for respective PCs released before 2015 both refer to a memory problem or a possible system board problem (Link).

 

The above link refers to both errors and possible troubleshooting options depending on the age of the PC.
