Help! My all in one HP desktop all in one AMD Ryzen will not produce a screen. The power button goes on but no screen. I also noticed that my keyboard lights wont light up thus the mouse not working. I work from home and have been unable to set up my computer due to no screen?

Are the keyboard and mouse wired or wireless? If wireless, check the batteries -- if they get low or die, the devices won't light up or work.

 

Is the HP logo displaying on the screen when it starts, or is the screen blank?

 

How old is the PC?

The light is on the monitor but the HP logo does not appear, my screen is black. The lights on my keyboard are not going on as well. It is under 1 year old.

No, my keyboard or mouse is not wireless. They plug into the back of the all in one monitor.
