They had me on the computer for about an hour going from screen to screen sometimes entering passwords. They said my WIFI was at the lowest security and he was going to bring the security up to a higher level. I finally had to leave fo about 15 min. When I got back he was gone. He did not ask for any personal info but if he was in my computer he could get to some of my info.

For whatever reason you gave him access to the computer, they have all they need to steal anything you had on there. If you used that PC for any secure settings IE: banking, you need to address that immediately as the accounts will be in jeopardy.
Change all of the passwords but do a fresh clean install of Windows, also. This is something you need to do, not HP.
Contact every account that was on the computer by phone and tell them you were compromised and need to change access passwords, and maybe user names, too.
I'm not an HP employee.
