Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did a Hardware Diagnostics on my PC and failed the IRQ & ROM tests.  My PC is not under warranty and I was prompted to ask the community on what to do.  I have an HP Pavillion 10 (64 bit) with Windows 10.

Try uninstalling the network card driver using windows device manager.:  the card that is WiFi then click on "Scan for new hardware" to get it reinstalled.

If that does not work then uninstall a second time and this time request that the drivers be uninstalled from storage.

I assume the test results info shows the WiFi"

@pattyjo64 -- my PC ... failed the IRQ & ROM tests

Is your PC otherwise working fine, without any crashes or error-messages? If so, then just ignore the results from those tests. It is quite possible that those specific hardware tests are not valid for your computer, or are improperly programmed to test your hardware.
