Hi I rarely use my all in one HP desktop and I tried turning it on but it stays black screen and just beeps. I can't even get the serial number or any information I might need since it won't start up. Please help me try to figure something out. I disconnected the power source but still nothing else happens, It just beeps when I push the power on button.

I have seen that a possible cure for that is to disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet and from the back of the PC. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect the power cable and try to start again.
