Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

I can give general things to check.

Check/reseat all power connections to the PC. Only connect a keyboard and mouse.

Try different USB ports when connecting the mouse and keyboard.

Unplug your PC from AC power.

Depress and hold down the power button for about 10 seconds. Reconnect power to the device. Try a power outlet on a different circuit. The circuit breaker may have tripped.

Restart the PC.

The possible causes could be:

1. Failed external power supply

2. Bad component connected to the motherboard

3. Failed motherboard.

Regards
