Product: HP Laptop ???

My computer keeps crashing and giving me the same error 'Critical Process Failed'. I didn't download anything new recently (other than a game which I just uninstalled), and when I tried UEFI, it was in another language for some reason. I'm stuck.

I was able to figure out the Product and Number.
