It’s says “ boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3FO) 

I’ve tried everything even the optane thing but mine doesn’t have it 

 

can someone please help

Hi,

First try performing diagnostics on the hard drive which could have a problem

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears.

Press F2 to enter diagnostics.

Try performing the hard drive test and see if there are any failure ids.

 

Please also provide the exact model or product number of the machine.

I have the same problem. Mine is a HP computer .1.21.0.0-BIOS
