Hi,

This behavior can be caused by a couple of things. Can you load Windows and use the operating system for a while? Disconnect any unnecessary peripherals to test for system stability. It is also possible you have a failing power supply. You would have to replace this part to eliminate it as the source of the problem.

Heat buildup can cause random shutdowns if the operating system will run for a limited period of time. Excessive dust buildup over time which creates excessive heat can cause component damage.

I would run HP Diagnostics to check hardware. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2" from the HP UEFI Startup Menu.

Run system tests to check hardware.

You might want to disassemble the PC. Clean fans and any area where you see excessive dust buildup using compressed air or a dust buster (preferred). Clean chassis vents. Let the PC sit for a while to dry if you use compressed air.

Check Windows for system file corruption. Check this site (Link) for instructions. You want to open an administrative command prompt.

Then enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After completion of the first command now enter sfc /scannow

Check Device Manager for any errors.

You have a heat, hardware, or corrupt system file problem.

Regards
