HP Desktop Ryzen. My computer turned itself off and it will not turn back on when I push the power button. I wasn't using it when it turned off. My computer just turned 3 years old. Please help.

Hi @Michele117
Welcome to the HP Forum.
I would guess you have a hardware problem if the Desktop PC shows no signs of life when you depress the power button and the PC is getting clean AC power.
Disconnect the PC from AC power. Hold down the power button for about 20 or 30 seconds. Reconnect AC power.
Try to start the PC again. Any signs of life after trying the above?
You would have to troubleshoot components if the PC is is non-responsive or the PC attempts to start but immediately shuts down. You could try a minimum config: only the CPU and one stick of RAM. Try no RAM to check for an audible MB component enumeration error code.
Any component or cabling connected to the MB or a faulty peripheral connected to the PC is suspect. A bad peripheral port can cause the PC to fail to startup. It is impossible to isolate the specific fault in a Forum without having hands on access to the PC.
It is best to have a local PC Tech check the PC if your PC is out of warranty.
