Hello I recently got a new computer about 2 weeks ago (on sunday) and have had some problems. The first problem was an internet problem about a week ago were I updated my computer and it did not let me connect to an internet network. I was able to fix it by going into computer management and finding that a driver had a problem and I uninstalled it and installed it and it fixed it. Now about 2 days ago I have the same problem with the internet but now I can't open settings and click on something because it closes it. I also can't click on the windows button on the bottom left. Also some buttons on screen and on the keyboard and the mouse wheel makes the screen flash black and sometimes it turns black then green and then returns me to the login screen. In notifications it says that the display driver failed to start and is using Microsoft basic display driver instead. But again nothing happens when I click on it because I can't open settings. I also did a scan in HP support assistant in troubleshooting and it said everything was fine. Those are all the problems I know right now.

You should not be having problems like this with a new PC!

You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.

Unfortunately, we are NOT HP Tech Support and we have no way to diagnose or repair your PC, so while this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.

If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
