Greetings @JohnJCsigns

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I think your PC may be having a graphics driver problem.

Try the following if you can sign in to Windows and use the PC for a while before it freezes. BTW, is the PC blue screening when you get the driver error message?

Open Device Manager. Open Display adapters.

Double click on the specific display adapter installed in your PC (Intel, AMD, or Nvidia).

What graphics device is your PC using?

Select the Driver tab.

Try to update the driver using Windows Update. Then try to rollback the driver if there is no update available.

Then try uninstalling the device and select remove the driver.

Restart the PC.

Windows should load a generic graphics driver and Windows Update should reinstall the correct driver.

If none of the above steps work you'll have to go to your HP PC's Driver download site to check for the latest graphics driver available from HP.

Install the latest driver available at the HP Driver download site which matches the graphics device (Intel, AMD, or Nvidia) listed in Device Manager.

Regards
