Hi @Muzhas

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the details. The message about Windows Script Host access being disabled along with the inability to open Windows Defender indicates that the system is blocking certain core components.

To better understand this situation, could you let me know:

  • The exact HP desktop model you are using.
  • If any troubleshooting steps have already been tried, such as checking through the HP App or Windows settings.
  • Whether this issue started after a recent update or installation.

With this information, we can provide accurate guidance tailored to your device.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
