My desktop is 5N5MHB2 

serial no is >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<

it is stuck on bitlocker recovery. and no key saved in my microsoft account

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You will have to reinstall Windows if you don't have the BitLocker Recovery key.

 

All data on the drive is encrypted and forever inaccessible without the recovery key.
