Microsoft Windows 11

My gaming experience is clean, smooth even on high graphics, but then i suddenly get a 20-30 second insane frame-drop! (it drops from >60 to <10 FPS! My gaming laptop has a NVIDIA RTX3050 processor, aswell as a AMD Ryzen 5 5600 with Radeon Graphics. The operating system is Windows 11 Home. I've got 7.3GB RAM. When i first got the laptop, everything was going so beautifully, but then as u already know ive been getting these insane frame drops, and i still dont know whats the cause of them. I use the laptop for around 2 years, and ive been getting the frame drops for the last year. Im fed up, and desperate to find a solution, as the youtube guide videos dont work... I hope i can get good help, that would tell me how to fix my problems. Also - it only happens when i have high graphics level, not when i put potato graphics on, but i think im not the only person that wouldnt like to play lets say a Forza Horizon series game, that is based on simracing but also amazing graphics, and beautiful land scapes, with potato graphics on. It all happens even when all the background apps are not running. If its important, i also use a Acer gaming monitor, and i use the laptops monitor as the second one, i use wireless wifi, and i download all the driver and software changes. I would be very grateful, for any help i could get. (Note: If my english is bad, please have in mind im from a slavic country, and if some words would be impossible to understand i could explain them.)
