Sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you about this, as we have no way of debugging issues with Gmail.
You should at least look at the Gmail settings, both on your phone, and on your PC, to see what is different.
Also, GMail is nearly always used on a PC through a Browser, and if you are using the Win10 default Edge browser, that can be an issue.
I would consider changing the browser to FireFox or Opera, just to see if that makes a difference.
